QUESTIONS
Do I need a party ticket?

No. The raffle is open to everyone, at the party or not.

Do I need to be there for the draw?

No. The draw runs on its own on Sunday 13 December at 08:00, and we call the winners on the phone number on their ticket.

I didn't get my raffle tickets.

Each ticket comes in its own e-mail. Check your spam folder first, then write to hello@offseason.run with the address you paid with.

Can one ticket win more than once?

Yes. Each prize is drawn among all the tickets, so one ticket, or one person, can win several prizes.

What if you can't reach me?

We try a few times. If we still can't reach the winner, we draw that prize again.

Can I get a refund?

No, raffle tickets are non-refundable.
